No. Listing is free. We are an independent research directory, not an estate agent, and we do not charge commission.
What happens if my submission is rejected?+
We'll only publish listings where the source, contact and photo rights are clear. If something is missing or unclear, we may follow up by email before rejecting it outright.
Can I submit a municipal €1 house scheme instead of a specific property?+
Town-level programmes belong in our separate programme directory, not here — this form is for a specific, individually identifiable property, lot or auction.
Can I update or remove my listing later?+
Yes — contact us with the listing URL and we will update or remove it.
