A research index of municipalities that have publicly documented a symbolic-price or €1 house scheme, sourced from official notices or reputable press coverage.
What it is not
It is not a live inventory of houses for sale. A municipality can appear here with a documented scheme even if no specific building is currently listed.
How to use it
Pick a municipality, open its official source link, and confirm current inventory, deadlines and eligibility directly with the town before planning a trip or application.
Verification framework
Recent, corroborated evidence (roughly the last 2–3 years) that the municipality has an open call or listed properties.
The programme is documented, but we could not confirm a currently open call — treat it as a lead to verify, not an active listing.
The scheme was announced but is reported to have stalled — for example no applications received, or inventory not yet published.
Reported as sold out or formally concluded. Some municipalities reopen a new round later, so it can be worth checking back.
